Communicate your specific company access code on an intranet or via email to all staff and they can book our hotels 24 hours a day 7 days a week from anywhere in the world at your agreed Company rate.

Good for companies with multiple international offices.

• Wedding Parties

For brides and grooms who book a wedding you can now forward a personalised access code to guests with your invitations so that they can go online and book a room for your specific wedding day at the agreed rate.

Good for Brides and Grooms with friends and relatives travelling from distance.

• Conference and Congress Bookings

For the Organiser of a meeting or event once we have take the booking details we are able to load an allocation so that each attendee can simply use the access code provided by the organiser to book on-line and confirm their attendance for the meeting. This means the organiser does not need to worry about co-ordinating the names of people who have confirmed as we will send you a regular update of attendees.

Congresses and Conventions

For international events and conventions we are able to provide the organiser with a booking button for their website, which will allow participants and attendees to book our hotels at an agreed contracted rate for the period of the event.

MAKING A BOOKING

The Booking Procedure is easy to follow:

Step 1:

Type in your unique access code name into the 'ACCESS CODE' Box

Step 2:

Your personal information and rate will now appear. Simply select the room type you wish to stay in and proceed with your booking
